The OGC�s PRINCE2^TM Project Management Methodology.

• The �de facto� standard for project management in our chosen sectors
, Prince 2^TM offers a scalable and flexible methodology which can be applied projects of varying sizes.
 

• Prince 2^TM is an open source methodology, originally devised by the Office of Government Commerce for application in governmental IT and business projects. It has since been successfully adopted within the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.
