your day-to-day business activities.
Therefore, issues of risk
management: to programme, project or BAU activities have
to be seamlessly integrated into a consistent risk
management structure. Ichnos recognises that all of their
clients, even those in the same line of business, have
quite different tolerances to risk and risk acceptance
or avoidance.
Therefore, as the first part of any
assignment which we undertake, Ichnos will always ensure
that our practices and processes will meet our client�s
requirements and criteria.
As part of our process we will:
- Meet with the functions or departments with risk management responsibilities.
- Mutually identify any potential risks to BAU activities or business governance.
- Ensure that they are satisfied with any proposed plans before implementation.
- Continuously manage the relationship between BAU, the risk management function and the programme/project team throughout the lifecycle.
- Ensure that those skills are transferred to the programme/ project team.
